The shipping is performed by Postnord, DHL Freight, DHL Express, FedEx Priority Express. Please observe that Postnord accepts samples and travel-sizes only. The full bottles shipping by Postnord are accepted within Sweden only.
IMPORTANT! DHL and FedEx don't ship to PO Boxes!
We can ship your items in a box, envelope (domestic).
The dispatching time use to be 1-2 business days. For some orders with big amount of hand-made samples or during the time with extremely many orders (like time before Christmas, Black Friday, other sales) the dispatching can take longer time, as well as when we have a lot of clients in the physical shop, but we try to do our best and ship your order as soon as possible.
All orders placed during the weekend are prepared and shipped earliest on Monday-Tuesday next week.
The shipping starts from the day on which the order is handed over us to the carrier.
When the order is under limit for free shipping, you choice the type of shipping.
By free shipping, Fragrance & Art shall be free to determine the appropriate mode of shipment and to select the carrier at our reasonable discretion.
Fragrance & Art shall only be obliged to properly and timely deliver the product to the carrier and shall not be responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. We start to search for your order if it is not delivered within reasonable time. The reasonable time is 10 days within Sweden and 30 days for other countries.
ATTENTION! If you need the shipping until particular date, or if you have some other special wish or preference, please contact Fragrance & Art before you place your order, and we research how we can help you.
ATTENTION! You as client are alone responsible to provide us with correct address and correct name (as in legitimated documents) as well as correct e-mail and mobile telephone number, inclusive country code. We will not compensate orders which cannot be delivered because of incorrect name of receiver or wrong, non-complete, unvalid or incorrect written address, or with incorrect e-mail and telephone number, so carrier is not able to contact you. Shall we ship such order again, you have to pay for shipping, because your free shipping offer is already used. If such order is lost, refund is impossible.

Shipping outside Sweden
For orders outside Sweden we only perform shipping of orders content full-size bottles by DHL Express or FedEx Priority. From 1st of July 2022 Postnord doesn't accept shipping of perfumes by air freight. We ship therefore by Postnord only sample-only orders and travel-size orders.

Customs fees and IATA-Restrictions outside EU regarding dangerous goods (Perfume) - DAP (Delivered At Place)
In the documents for orders to countries outside the EU, the value of the items included in the delivery is listed. The customs can open packages for inspection, we have no influence on them.
Customs or import charges will be levied as soon as the shipment reaches your country. The fees for the customs clearance and local taxes are at your expense and risks. We have no influence on these charges and can not predict their amount. Customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
When a parcel is not allowed by customs or destroyed it will be your responsibility and we do not refund or resend an order when it is destroyed by customs. A customer needs to know regulations from his own country.

We are proud to announce our license to ship perfumes with DHL Express. We reached the A-status on IATA regulations.
All shipments of flammable goods must be declared and dispatched as DANGEROUS GOODS, due to the increased security requirements for shipments sent by airfreight.
This includes perfumes, as their production is based on alcohol & water. Alcohol is a flammable substance and this requires an special kind of packaging and a compliacated process of transport.
This unfortunately causes significant higher costs for the transport. The major part of the additional costs will be covered by us.
We are forced to ship perfume outside the Scandinavia as DANGEROUS GODDS via DHL Express. Thats why Perfume can only be sent and declared as DANGEROUS GOODS from now on.
This shipping method is more expensive, but your expected delivery will arrive within only a few days. That means, that you can get your order much faster. We pay a big part of the shipping costs.
Only perfume, diffusers or room fragrances have to be declared as dangerous goods.
Cosmetic, candles, soaps….. can be sent via regular parcels.
All parcels with dangerous goods get the official invoice on the outside of the parcel. Outside the EU we ship without Swedish VAT.
Thats why you maybe have to pay the tax or duty when the parcel arrives in your country.
