Fragrance & Art offers Gift Certificates.
We can offer Gift Certificates for value of 100, 300, 500, 700, 1000 and 1500 SEK. If you wish order Gift Certificate by other value, please contact Fragrance & Art Customer service: info@fragrancesandart.com
Gift Certificates are valid for both physical shop and on-line shop.
You can choose how much and how many times to use the Gift Certificate.
When you buy Gift Certificate, you should receive e-mail with individual code and letter with the Certificate.
You use your Gift Card directly in the shopping basket under the "Discount" box.
Gift certificates are valid for 2 years from the date of issue for Sweden and for 1 year from the date of issue for other countries.
Gift certificates may only be used with the currency it was purchased. F.ex if you buy Gift Certificate in SEK, you can only redeem it in SEK, not for example Euro or US Dollar.
Please note that the Gift Certificate is a digital product and therefore we cannot offer free samples when ordering Gift Cards. But when you use Gift Certificate for shopping, you can still order 3 free samples per bottle if the item is not on sale.
Returns and / or exchanges do not apply to Gift Certificates. If you buy an item with a Gift Certificate and then make a return on the item, you will receive a credit receipt back. The same is valid for any claims we cannot replace (eg the product is out of stock). You cannot receive a refund when the item was originally purchased with Gift Certificate. The credit receipt is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
You may mot exchange Gift Certificate against cash or other refund payment.
