The emblem zoomorphic headdress with two Assyrian griffins is placed with the name of the legendary slave who became a phylosophe: Phaedon of Elis. The hunters of smells, the collectors of memories, Phaedon captures odors simple and beautiful gleaned over travellings, such as Freesia from South Africa, Incense Wood from Awaji, Peppermint from Egypt, Essence of Malaga of Andalusia ..
