The minimum amount to shop for is 100 SEK including VAT.
In our shop we offer an opportunity to order samples of most of fragrances. We send prefabricated samples when available. When prefabricated samples are permanent or temporary not available, they are replaced by hand-made 1 ml samples. The price is same because of work and material costs.
There are 2 options to order samples:
1. Sample only order.
1a. You may order max. 1 sample for 1 fragrance in 1 order.
1b. No free samples are available for "Sample only" orders.
1c. No return or exchange for "Sample only" orders.
2. Order of at least 1 original bottle and samples.
2a. When ordering of at least 1 original bottle you can request up to 3 samples for free per each ordered bottle.
2b. You may order max. 1 sample for 1 fragrance in 1 order.
2c. The offer of free samples does not apply to orders with products on sale with reduced prices.
2d. To receive free samples, please write names of fragrances as "Message".
IMPORTANT! Only samples written as "Message" can be sent for free. If samples are selected via the shopping card system (not as "Message"), these samples will be added and charged to your order. Sunsequemt reimbursement is not possible.
ATTENTION! No free samples are available for Malbrum fragrances.
Swedish VAT is included in the price (25%). Shopping for customers outside EU is tax free.

You pay with your Visa or Mastercard through Certitrade / Euroline 100% secure. All information is encrypted with SSL - 128 bit. The payment will be reserved on your account and pulled normally within 24 hours from the checkout. The transactions are done according to the new safetey standard "3D-Secure".

Normal delivery time is about one to three business days within Sweden, up to 10 days within EU, up to 2 weeks to other countries depending on shipping terms.
We can ship your items in a box, envelope. The shipping is performed by Postnord.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company.
ATTENTION! You as client are responsible to provide us with correct address and correct name (as in legitimated documents). We will not compensate orders which cannot be delivered because of incorrest name of receiver or wrong, unvalid or incorrect written address!
We ship worldwide. The shipping cost is based on the weight of your items and on the country of destination. The cost will be presented upon checkout. If you shop for more than 500 SEK (within Sweden), 1500 SEK (within EU, up to 2 kg), 2000 (EU, over 2 kg), 3500 SEK (other countries) the shipping will be free.
You can choice between regular and recommended post. If you choice a recommended post with ensurence you will receive a tracking number of your parcel and in case the parcel is lost by post you order will be replaced for free. If you choice a regular post shipment, you will be responsible for the shipment and you cannot demand any replacement of the lost parcel.
If you can prove that an item is broken by construction we can replace it, but we cannot replace items that are broken by usage. You will be responsible for the shipping.
Your right of regret
If you are in Sweden, you are allowed to return the items (unopened and undamaged). You have 14 days to regret your purchase and notify us about it. You will be responsible for the shipping and take over all riscs. There is no return for samples.
Please note: Do not send merchandise in a padded envelope or other non-sturdy package - if we receive the product(s) back damaged - we cannot refund you, it must arrive back to our store in perfect saleable condition. We recommend that you insure the package as well - as we cannot be responsible for items that break in transit or are lost or missing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Attention! Return and exchange is only possible within Sweden.
