"The name Vittoria Alata is inspired by an extraordinary statue from the Roman era, symbol of the city of Brescia. Female image of a people I love, strong and audacious, an icon of beauty and courage. Thus the tuberose, which is the hallmark of my style. In this fragrance I looked for elements that tell Brescia and its provinces: together with Bergamo, it will be the Italian Capital of Culture 2023. The raspberry note is a reference to the Municipality of Lozio and its typical fruit. Metallic facets herald large companies and steel mills. The frankincense recalls the two cathedrals of Brescia. Accents of fat and gas are a tribute to the Mille Miglia and to the bubbles of Franciacorta. The slight aquatic notes tell of the lakes of Garda and Iseo. To the marble dust of Botticino from the Capitolium, a splendid temple from 73 AD. erected under Vespasian and the most important testimony of Roman Brixia, I gave a smell by choosing the rhizome of the iris. The extraction of hops recalls the oldest Italian brewery, founded in Brescia. Do not miss the intriguing and unique accord of Musa Paradisiaca, consisting of a luminous Indian tuberose, banana leaves and ginger." - Cristian Cavagna
