Cozonac - Winter Potion

I remember, with tears in my eyes, my little mother, my childhood, the moments from Christmas Eve, with deep snow and cold.

I remember how she baked sweet bread and pastries in the small oven of the stove; the whole room smelled of lemon, orange, and vanilla scents unknown to me until then.

I would sit and watch through the small, misted window everything she did.

All of this is now only memories from a world that has long ceased to exist. And I, the youngest of the family, have remained to tell their - Adi Ale Van, the creator of the brand
